Job summary

Utkarsh Placement Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Plant Manager role at a new Continuous Process Plant near Bharuch. BE/B.Tech Chemical Engineering graduates with 13–18 years of CPP experience are preferred.

Candidate must have strong DCS plant operations exposure, and be capable of leading production, process control, quality, safety, cost control, and team management. Ready to join within 1 month; notice period buyouts possible.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in a Continuous Process Plant.
• Hands-on exposure to DCS-based plant operations is mandatory.
• Experience in plant/production operations, process control, quality, safety, cost control, and team management.
• Ability to join within 1 month.
• Willing to consider notice period buyout where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted production as per the production plan.
• Ensure consistent quality of intermediates and finished products as per manufacturing specifications.
• Control raw material and energy consumption within budgeted norms.
• Monitor plant utilities, energy usage, and conduct deviation analysis.
• Ensure compliance related to liquid/solid waste discharge and gaseous emissions.
• Ensure safe operating procedures and accident-free plant operations.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and process improvement initiatives.
• Implement technological improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure implementation of IATF 16949, IMS, EnMS, and Responsible Care (RC) systems.
• Lead, train, develop, and appraise the plant team.
• Coordinate effectively with Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, and other departments.

Position: Plant Manager
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Chemical Engineering
Experience: 13–18 Years
CTC Budget: 18–20 LPA

Location: near Bharuch

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must have 13+ years of experience in a Continuous Process Plant.
• Strong hands‑on exposure to DCS-based plant operations is mandatory.
• Experience in overall Plant / Production Operations, Process Control, Quality, Safety, Cost Control, and Team Management.
• Candidate should be able to join within 1 month.
• The company is willing to compensate/buy out the notice period, wherever applicable, for suitable candidates.
