• Resolve day to day customer grievances related to cracks, workability, slump control, pumping issues and cube failures with corrective actions.
• Address environment pollution grievances from neighbouring communities adjacent to the plants.
• Track water, energy usage and emissions to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.

• Manage daily operations to ensure high productivity and safe plant performance.
• Implement corrective actions for customer issues and process improvements.
• Monitor environmental norms and efficiency metrics at the plant.

As a major RMC player we face competition from other organized players and local players which makes superior service delivery along with quality products important for good margins. There is huge growth in infrastructure which opens up opportunities for setting up commercial and dedicated plants. The plant and its resources need to be cost effective with focus on maximizing capacity utilization. This makes it imperative for each plant to be efficient and profitable. The plant employees need to be focused and deliver high performance in each of their KRAs and accountabilities.

• Resolve day to day customer grievances related to cracks, workability, slump control, pumping issues cube failures etc. and take corrective and preventive actions based on site feedback

• Address any environment pollution related grievances from the neighbouring communities adjacent to the plants


• Ensure adherence of environmental or anti-pollution norms set up by the government at plant


• Track and control the water usage, energy usage, and CO2 emission or emission of dust/particulate matter and other pollutants/wastes at plant
