• Overall responsibility for plant operations, production, quality, maintenance and profitability.
• Ensure smooth functioning of electrical & mechanical equipment, batching plants, transit mixers, pumps and utilities.
• Plan and monitor production, dispatch, plant capacity and resource utilisation.
• Ensure preventive/breakdown maintenance and minimise plant downtime.
• Monitor electrical systems, DG sets, panels, motors, automation and mechanical equipment for safe operation.
• Ensure concrete quality, raw material management and timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Drive cost optimisation, energy efficiency and reduction in operational losses.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and environmental requirements.
• Lead and develop plant teams, contractors and operators.
