Job summary

Federal Synergies is establishing a manufacturing facility in Ballabgarh to supply railway/train components, including honeycomb panels and FRP composites. The role leads end-to-end plant operations, overseeing production planning, manpower, machinery, quality, maintenance, safety and KPIs.

You will coordinate Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Engineering; control costs, drive productivity, minimize waste, optimize resources and implement lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in plant operations.
• Experience in manufacturing supplying to Indian Railways is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and plant-operations management skills.

About the Role

Minimum 10 years’ experience; prior experience at a manufacturing setup supplying products/components to Indian Railways is mandatory. Preferred background: railway components, composite panels, FRP, aluminium, or honeycomb panels. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and plant-operations management skills. Approx - ₹60,000–₹75,000/month.
