Job summary

Federal Synergies is establishing a Ballabgarh-based manufacturing facility for railway components. The role is to supervise daily manufacturing operations, plan production, allocate manpower, and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery.

You will optimize material use, reduce wastage, and maintain production records, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with a manufacturing setup supplying to Indian Railways is mandatory.
• Background in railway components, composite panels, FRP, aluminium, or honeycomb panels preferred.

About the Role
