Job summary

Federal Synergies is establishing a railway components plant in Ballabgarh and seeks an Inventory & Administration Associate to oversee material receipt/issue, stock records and MIS.

You will coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality and Logistics, maintain stock registers, assist with POs and invoices, ensure proper storage, and support office administration, compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a manufacturing setup supplying to Indian Railways is mandatory.
• Familiarity with inventory records, documentation, data entry, MIS and office administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material receipt and issue and maintain inventory records.

About the Role
