Job summary

Federal Synergies (india) seeks an experienced Plant Head/Operations Manager to lead train-parts manufacturing with a focus on honeycomb panels. You will drive production, manpower planning, quality, maintenance, safety and lean improvements to meet KPIs.

Candidates should have experience in Railways, Defense, Heavy Engineering, Sheet Metal or Marine Industry and hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering; experience in honeycomb panel manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Railways or Defense or Heavy Engineering or Sheet Metal or Marine Industry.
• UG degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
• Experience with honeycomb panel manufacturing preferred.
