The candidate should have 18–25 years in plant operation, with a proven track record in planning, materials, and overall plant performance. Age is expected to be 45+ years, driving senior leadership in operations.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical / Production with 18 to 25 years of plant operation experience in auto components.
• Experience in machining, grinding, electroplating, and related processes.
• Age 45 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Handle plant operations independently across shop floor departments.
• Plan shop floor activities and raw material/BOP planning.
• Oversee overall plant operations and ensure performance targets.
