Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and quality control.
  


• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain a safe working environment, and minimize accidents.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and logistics.
  


• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive business growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 18-28 years of experience in Plant Operations or similar role in Electronics/Automotive/Auto components industry.
  


• B.Tech / B.E. degree from any specialization.
  


• Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial operations with multiple shifts.
  


• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, plant management, factory operations, production operations, quality operations & safety management.
