Job summary

Qualifications

• UG/PG qualifications as stated with relevant domain experience.
• Experience in cosmetics/herbal/pharma product manufacturing.
• Strong GMP, quality, maintenance and EHS knowledge.
• Experience in cost control and audits.
• Proven leadership and manpower planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations and ensure smooth production flow.
• Drive production efficiency, OEE, and cost control initiatives.
• Lead maintenance planning and equipment reliability programs.
• Ensure GMP, quality, and EHS compliance across all processes.
