Job summary

Meritto Hr Consulting is seeking a highly experienced BE Mechanical Engineer for a senior production role in the auto components sector in Tamil Nadu. You will oversee heat treatment, CNC machining, grinding and induction hardening processes, and ensure smooth assembly operations with strong team coordination.

The candidate should have 18+ years in the auto components industry, solid knowledge of TS 16949, EMS/OHSAS, TPM/TQM, Lean and 5S, and a proactive, aggressive, and collaborative mindset to

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in heat treatment, CNC machining, grinding, induction hardening and assembly.
• Experience in unionized environments.
• Exposure to TS 16949, EMS/OHSAS, TPM/TQM, Lean and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production achievements for grinding and assembly machines.
• Maintain Plant OE targets and drive continuous improvement.

Role & responsibilities

Hands on experience in Heat Treatment, CNC Machining, grinding machines, Induction Hardening and Assembly.

Able to handle work force and should have worked in Unionized environment.

Good Exposure in systems like TS 16949, EMS/OHSAS, TPM/TQM, Lean, 5S.

Should be Aggressive and Dynamic and Team Player.

Should take care of Production achievement of all Grinding & Assembly M/C.

Should achieve Plant OE as per target.

Preferred candidate profile

BE - Mechanical Engineering with 18+ years of experience in Auto Component industry.
