Job summary

Priserve Infrastructure in Gujarat, India, seeks an experienced professional to lead instrumentation & automation maintenance for a complex process plant. You will oversee DCS/PLC/SCADA, ESD/SIS and field instruments, driving preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.

You will manage instrumentation team, budgets and spares, coordinate shutdowns and safety compliance, and RCA for recurring failures. Strong leadership and plant-wide collaboration are essential.

Job description

• Overall responsibility for Instrumentation & Automation maintenance of the plant.
• Manage DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD/SIS, field instruments and control valves.
• Ensure preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Lead plant shutdown, commissioning and instrumentation projects.
• Troubleshoot critical instruments, control loops and automation systems.
• Ensure calibration, reliability and availability of instrumentation systems.
• Manage instrumentation team, manpower, spares and maintenance budget.
• Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, PPE, hazardous‑area and plant safety requirements.
• Conduct RCA for recurring instrumentation failures.
• Coordinate with Operations, Electrical, Mechanical, Projects and OEM/vendors.

Preferred Experience: Chemical, Chlor-Alkali, Petrochemical, Refinery, Fertilizer or other continuous-process plants.

Candidate Profile: Strong leadership, troubleshooting, maintenance planning and DCS/PLC/automation experience with proven experience in managing instrumentation teams.
