Whats Next Oppurtunity is seeking an experienced beverage plant consultant to design layouts for green field projects, optimize production processes, and ensure quality control across facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop plant layouts for green field projects with focus on production efficiency and quality control.
• Set up canning and PET line requirements for beverage unit as applicable.
• Collaborate with vendors to select suitable suppliers based on cost, reliability, and performance.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors through RFPs to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
• Oversee civil design aspects of factory construction, including structural engineering and material selection.

• Oversee civil design aspects of factory construction, including structural engineering and material selection.
• Ensure compliance with project management principles throughout the entire lifecycle of beverage manufacturing facilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in beverage consulting or related fields like factory operations, green field projects, plant design, vendor selection, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems integration into overall plant operations; knowledge of industrialization processes an added advantage.
