Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Plant Head for a leading consumer durables FMCG manufacturer in India. The role will oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control and safety, while driving efficiency and productivity across the site.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years in injection moulding and plant operations, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering regulatory compliance and process improvements to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a related field
• Extensive experience in plant management within FMCG/consumer durables
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and execute operational strategies effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with regulatory and environmental compliance standards

Responsibilities
