Job summary

Amritha Tool Crafts in India is seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead our tool room and manufacturing operations. The role focuses on hands-on CNC machining oversight and guiding production teams to meet quality and delivery targets.

The ideal candidate will drive planning, optimize machine utilisation, and coordinate with Design, Projects, Planning and Quality teams, while fostering safety and continuous improvement across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in tool room or precision manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CNC Machines is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading production teams and shop floor operations.
• Experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing is preferred.
