Job summary

Welspun Sintex is seeking a dynamic Plant Finance Controller to lead FP&A and finance controllership across multiple manufacturing plants. You will drive business planning, budgeting, forecasting, plant and product profitability, MIS, KPI management and cost optimization.

The role requires collaboration with Plant Heads, Operations, Sales, Purchase and senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights and profitability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A and finance controllership across multiple plants.
• Strong costing, standard costing and BOM/routing knowledge.
• Proficiency with SAP CO and Power BI for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead AOP, budgeting & monthly forecasting across multiple plants.
• Drive plant-wise & product-wise P&L, MIS and performance reviews.
• Manage multi-plant finance controllership, financial closure and reporting.
• Drive costing, standard costing, BOM, routing, activity rates and cost optimization.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, raw material consumption, conversion costs & overheads.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement & margin enhancement.
• Lead project pricing & commercial finance for institutional/project business.
• Evaluate pricing based on cost, logistics, working capital and target margins.
• Partner with Plant Heads, Operations, Purchase, Sales, Supply Chain & Corporate Finance.
• Drive working capital, inventory, cash flow and financial controls.
• Leverage SAP CO / Power BI for financial & operational analytics.
• Develop dashboards for P&L, profitability, cost, inventory and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Statutory, Internal & Cost Auditors and strengthen controls.
• Drive finance process standardization, automation and digitalization across plants.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially oriented senior person Plant Finance Controller to lead FP&A and Finance Controllership across multiple manufacturing plants.

The role will be responsible for driving business planning, budgeting, forecasting, plant and product profitability, MIS, KPI management, cost optimization and project pricing.

The position will work closely with Plant Heads, Operations, Sales, Purchase and senior leadership to translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights and profitability improvement initiatives.
