Job summary

Mondelez India is seeking a Plant Digital Lead to drive the digital transformation of manufacturing operations in a designated FMCG plant. You will lead the adoption of digital technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and sustainability.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage MES/IIoT initiatives, analyze data, and translate insights into action, building a strong pipeline of digital projects from concept to implementation.
