The role focuses on identifying digital opportunities, implementing scalable solutions, and aligning with business goals across departments, overseeing digital platforms, integrations, and transformation programs without direct software development involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years in digital transformation, technology enablement, or enterprise platform management.
• Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments with agility to change.
• Strong exposure to ERP, PLM, MES, SCADA, and IoT platforms.
• Hands-on with digital automation tools and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Understanding OT–IT integration, cybersecurity, and data governance in industrial contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital roadmap for manufacturing, covering production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Drive Industry 4.0 technologies incl. IoT, automation, real-time data capture, and analytics.
• Manage integrations between ERP, PLM, CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee deployment, enhancement, and governance of internal digital platforms.
• Ensure scalability, availability and performance of digital solutions.

Role: The Digital Transformation & Digital Initiatives Manager will lead the organizations digital evolution by driving automation, system integrations, analytics, and enterprise platform enhancements. The role focuses on identifying digital opportunities, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring strong alignment with business goals across departments. He/ She will oversee digital platforms, integrations, and transformation programs without direct involvement in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Digital Transformation

• Lead the digital roadmap for manufacturing plant covering production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain processes.

• Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT, automation, real-time data capture, and predictive analytics.

• Identify and prioritize digital opportunities across production lines, warehouses, and operations to improve efficiency, traceability, and throughput.

Platform & System Integration Management

• Manage integrations between ERP, PLM, CRM, and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.

• Oversee the deployment, enhancement, and governance of internal digital platforms and tools.

• Ensure scalability, availability, and functional performance of digital solutions.

Automation & Smart Factory Initiatives

• Deploy automation solutions including workflow digitization, RPA, low-code applications, and dashboard systems.

• Implement IoT-enabled solutions for machine monitoring, condition tracking, energy management, and predictive maintenance.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to digitize manual processes and reduce downtime.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business and functional leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Facilitate change management, user training, and adoption of digital solutions.
• Provide clear communication on project timelines, risks, and outcomes.

Governance, Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Promote secure solution design and DevOps-aligned delivery practices for digital platforms.
• Maintain documentation, release planning, testing standards, and version control for digital systems.

Vendor & Technology Partner Coordination

• Manage third‑party technology vendors, and system integrators.
• Oversee execution quality, SLAs, and deliverables from external partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 - 8 years of experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, or enterprise platform management.
• Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments, with agility in handling rapid change.
• Strong exposure to manufacturing IT systems such as ERP, PLM, MES, SCADA, and IoT platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with digital automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and manufacturing analytics solutions.
• Understanding of OT–IT integration, cybersecurity, and data governance in industrial environments.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, smart factory concepts, IoT devices, and edge computing.
• Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath) and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).

• Familiarity with production systems, manufacturing KPIs, and process digitization.
• Understanding of cloud services, APIs, data lakes, and integration middleware.
• ERP, PLM, and MES ecosystem knowledge.
