Responsibilities

• Financial Compliance & Control: Implement and monitor financial procedures to ensure adherence to corporate and statutory requirements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget preparation, periodic forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Plant Controlling: Manage plant P&L, scrap, inventory, customer claims, and manufacturing footprint assessments.
• Business Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, simulations, and deep-dive financial reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee operational cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital optimization.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with BU controllers to develop and track action plans for productivity and profitability improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously track KPIs and financial impact of implemented initiatives.
