Job summary

My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Planning & QS / Site Coordination professional to oversee daily work for supervisors and ensure timely completion on high-rise projects in Hyderabad.

You will conduct weekly reviews, coordinate with contractors, monitor quality, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with structural and architectural drawings. Relevant civil engineering degree and experience in high-rise projects are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in high-rise residential/commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily work to supervisors and monitor timely completion.
• Conduct weekly project review meetings to track quality, progress, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure work per plan.
• Monitor site quality, identify defects, and issue NCRs for corrective action.
• Maintain activity-wise checklists and ensure quality during flat handover.
• Prepare technical, progress, and engineering reports.
• Prepare and review material requirements, reinforcement details, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with approved structural and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate and execute structural works including podium slab, shear wall, and slab reinforcement checks.
• Monitor site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
