Shree Naman Developers is seeking a Planning Manager for its Mazgaon and Ambivali projects in Mumbai. Candidates should have a BE in Civil and be available for site coordination on residential and commercial projects.

The position is on-site, with Sundays off, and involves coordinating with execution teams across multiple project sites in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Profound knowledge of baseline schedules, progress monitoring and MIS.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and Excel required.

Job Responsibilities

• Degree in Civil Engineering with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling of residential/building projects OR Commercial building projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, Excel, and project reporting, with strong understanding of baseline schedules, progress monitoring, MIS, delay analysis, and coordination with execution teams.
• Experience in high-rise/residential projects / Commercial projects will be preferred.
