Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare project master schedule by coordinating with site team, PM and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and weekly construction activity programs and share with project team.
• Prepare project procurement plan and resource planning, including material and manpower requirements.
• Prepare and update baseline budgets and track progress to meet monthly targets.
• Prepare quarterly rolling program for client with forecasts and cost reports.
• Prepare monthly/weekly progress reports and ensure targets are monitored.

Position: Planning Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of Project Master Schedule :Responsible for preparing planning schedule by coordinating with Site Team, PM, Management and with other stakeholders. Attend all necessary meetings with the client and consultants / agency owners. Ensure compliance of the issues raised in meetings.
• Responsible for preparing monthly & weekly program of construction activities in coordination with DPM / PM and sharing the same with project team. Design the most viable plan by ensuring that the milestones (construction & cost) are achieved within the defined timelines and ensure the resource requirements are met.
• Preparation of Project Procurement Plan / Resource Planning - Preparing Resource planning wrt the programme scheduled, raising indents and followup for major material requirement. Followup for required Machineries with P&M Team and arranging required manpower from various sources.
• Preparation of Project Baseline Budget : Prepare & monthly update the program referring the baseline program and the back-logs / delays. Thus ensure the monthly target is achieved.
• Prepare quarterly rolling program for client by incorporating the project forecasts, cost reports and construction billing forecasts.
• Prepare quarterly & monthly program for casting yard wrt element requirements (numbers) and total cost amount basis per unit rate.
• Daily Physical & Financial Progress Report to management for cost performance of the project. Timeline: To share every morning for previous day activity / Ensure that the daily, weekly and monthly targets are monitored and alerts made available to the necessary departments
• Sharing DPR (Daily Progress Report) and DLR (Daily Labour Report) of site activity to management & Project Manager.
• Sharing Monthly Progress Report to management by monitoring the project works with labour report
