Job summary

Chubb Systems Private Limited, Gurgaon, is seeking an experienced IBMS project lead to plan and execute fire, security, and building management systems across commercial and data center sites. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires 8+ years in IBMS/BMS projects, strong scheduling and documentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex installation, testing, and commissioning

Qualifications

• Experience on BMS/IBMS projects including planning and execution.
• Exposure to commercial buildings, data centers, industrial, and critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IBMS, Fire & Security projects including Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Access Control, CCTV, PAVA, BMS, and integrated security systems.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and monitor progress for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration activities.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project costs, risks, and change management to protect profitability.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, as-built drawings, and handover packages.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and EHS requirements.
• Resolve technical and site issues and manage customer escalations.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and milestones for IBMS projects.
• Prepare and track project timelines using MS Project, Primavera or equivalent tools.
