Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security in Gurgaon seeks an experienced IBMS/Fire & Security Project Lead with 8+ years on BMS/IBMS projects. You will plan, execute and oversee installations from design to handover, coordinating with customers, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

The role requires BE/B.Tech and hands-on experience with Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Access Control, CCTV, PAVA and integrated systems in commercial or critical infrastructure

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech degree required; 8+ years of experience in IBMS/Fire & Security project execution and planning.
• Experience on BMS/IBMS projects for commercial buildings, data centers, industrial or critical infrastructure.
• Ability to develop project schedules, resource plans and monitor progress for timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IBMS, Fire & Security projects including Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Access Control, CCTV, PAVA, BMS and integrated systems.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning and system integration activities.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specs and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor costs, risks and change management to achieve profitability.
• Prepare project reports, as-built drawings and handover packages.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards and EHS requirements.
• Resolve technical/site issues and manage customer escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
