Job summary

Shivraj Associates is seeking a skilled Scheduling Engineer to prepare and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will develop baselines, construct WBS, and define activities, durations, and relationships while coordinating with PMs, site engineers, and MEP teams on diverse civil projects.

You will monitor daily and weekly progress, collect site data, and produce daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, identifying delays and schedule risks for timely

• Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Develop baseline schedules, work programs, and activity-wise execution plans.
• Prepare WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and define project activities, durations, and relationships.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Civil/Structural/MEP teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor daily and weekly progress against the approved project schedule.
• Collect site progress data and prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Identify delays, critical activities, and potential schedule risks.
