Job summary

Floatex Solar Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi seeks a Project Scheduler to plan and track solar projects from initiation to completion. You will develop detailed schedules, monitor progress, and produce dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within the approved schedule, while maintaining planning documents and progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules, work plans, and timelines for solar projects.
• Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Monitor actual project progress against planned targets and identify delays.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Develop S-curves, bar charts, look-ahead plans, and project dashboards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Monitor manpower, material, and equipment requirements in coordination with project teams.
• Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain project planning documents, progress records, and management reports.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
• Support project teams in achieving project targets within the approved schedule.
