Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha seeks a proactive planning professional to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control across real estate/construction projects in Navi Mumbai. You will drive timelines through effective planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with design, procurement, contracts, and construction teams.

With 6–8 years of project planning experience, you will develop schedules, monitor progress, analyze productivity trends, and prepare MIS dashboards

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE Civil engineering with relevant construction planning background.
• NICMAR or postgraduate qualification preferred for advanced planning roles.
• 6–8 years in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Controls in Construction/Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor milestones.
• Identify critical paths, delays, risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and progress presentations.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Finance, and PM teams.
• Conduct weekly/fortnightly project reviews and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Support status updates, forecasts, and risk assessments for management.
• Visit sites to review progress and validate schedules.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented planning professional to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control across real estate/construction projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive project timelines through effective planning and reporting mechanisms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring realistic planning and timely execution of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify critical path activities, and highlight potential delays and risks.
• Recommend corrective actions, recovery plans, and schedule optimization measures to achieve project timelines.
• Prepare and track project dashboards, MIS reports, progress reports, and management presentations.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate weekly/fortnightly progress updates from project sites and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, track action items, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure timely closure of identified concerns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Finance, and Project Management to facilitate project delivery.
• Analyze productivity trends, resource utilization, project performance metrics, and key project data to support decision-making.
• Support management with project status updates, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Visit project sites as required to review progress, validate schedules, and resolve planning-related challenges.
• Develop a strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from approvals and design development through execution, handover, and closeout.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, planning methodologies, and emerging construction technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (DCE/BE Civil)
• NICMAR or Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management preferred

Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Controls within the Construction or Real Estate industry.
• Prior site execution experience of 24 years will be an added advantage.
• Experience across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred.
