Job summary

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) seeks a proactive planning professional to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controls across real estate/construction initiatives. You will drive timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery aligned with project milestones.

Key responsibilities include developing schedules, tracking progress, preparing dashboards and MIS, conducting site reviews, and providing risk assessments to enable informed decisions

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Controls in Construction/Real Estate.
• Diploma or BE Civil required; NICMAR or PG in Construction Management preferred.
• Experience across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with milestones.
• Monitor progress against schedules, identify critical path activities, and highlight delays and risks.
• Recommend corrective actions and schedule optimization measures.
• Prepare and track dashboards, MIS reports, progress reports, and management presentations.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate weekly/fortnightly progress updates from sites and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews, record MoMs, and ensure closure of concerns.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Finance, and Project Management.
• Analyze productivity trends, resource utilization, and project performance metrics.
• Support management with status updates, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Visit project sites to review progress and resolve planning challenges.
• Understand project lifecycle from approvals to closeout and handover.
• Stay updated on industry practices and construction technologies.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented planning professional to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control across real estate/construction projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive project timelines through effective planning and reporting mechanisms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring realistic planning and timely execution of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify critical path activities, and highlight potential delays and risks.
• Recommend corrective actions, recovery plans, and schedule optimization measures to achieve project timelines.
• Prepare and track project dashboards, MIS reports, progress reports, and management presentations.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate weekly/fortnightly progress updates from project sites and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, track action items, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure timely closure of identified concerns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, Finance, and Project Management to facilitate project delivery.
• Analyze productivity trends, resource utilization, project performance metrics, and key project data to support decision-making.
• Support management with project status updates, forecasts, and risk assessments.
• Visit project sites as required to review progress, validate schedules, and resolve planning-related challenges.
• Develop a strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from approvals and design development through execution, handover, and closeout.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, planning methodologies, and emerging construction technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (DCE/BE Civil)
• NICMAR or Postgraduate qualification in Construction Management preferred

Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Controls within the Construction or Real Estate industry.
• Prior site execution experience of 24 years will be an added advantage.
• Experience across residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments preferred.
