Job summary

L&T Energy in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India is seeking an experienced Scheduler for Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and PM teams to ensure schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include baseline scheduling, resource loading, progress tracking, and preparing progress reports and dashboards. You will perform schedule risk analysis and ensure compliance with milestones and contractual

Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of experience in Offshore Oil & Gas/EPC projects.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling and planning experience.
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, fabrication and offshore installation activities.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, S-curves, and dashboards.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis, critical path monitoring, and delay impact assessment.
• Ensure compliance with milestones, client requirements, and contractual commitments.
