Job summary

DB Engineering & Consulting in India seeks an experienced Project Scheduler/Monitor to lead project monitoring, planning with Primavera, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination to meet critical milestones.

The role involves weekly/monthly progress reporting to management and clients, documentation control, and support in construction supervision to ensure timely delivery of the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring large infrastructure projects.
• Strong exposure to Primavera Planning tool and scheduling software.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Experience with reporting to management and clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work program with Primavera Planning tool and oversee progress.
• Prepare and update project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate deliveries with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLAs.
• Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management and clients.
• Maintain documentation control and ensure clear client communications.
• Review and supplement detailed project and design reports as available.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Project Monitoring, Preparation and monitoring of Work Program using Primavera Planning tool.
• Project Scheduling and activity plan as per defined Key dates and Milestone for the Project.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for different deliveries to monitor Contractual SLAs and timeline.
• Weekly and Monthly report submission to Management and Client on Project Progress.
• Documentation Control and effective communication with the Client.
• Review & supplement the detailed project report/concept report and all design reports as available.
• Review/Preparation of Schedule of Dimension (SOD)
• Assistance in Construction Supervision & Monitoring
• Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for the timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
• Progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts. Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience after BE OR Minimum 8+ years of experience after Diploma
• Experience working in Large Infrastructure/Railways/Metro is preferred
