Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify architectural, structural, and service drawings using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams for drawing updates
• Prepare and submit drawings for Sujog approvals and track approval status
• Ensure drawings comply with local by-laws, building norms, and approval requirements
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and approval documentation

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD
• Practical exposure to Sujog portal (drawing submission, tracking, modifications)
• Basic understanding of local development rules and approval processes
• Good coordination and documentation skills

Preferred

• Experience in real estate / construction projects
• Familiarity with Bhubaneswar / Odisha local approval systems
