Job summary

MM Enterprise is seeking an experienced Planning Director to lead scheduling, controls, and performance across large-scale PMS projects. The role requires strategic oversight of master schedules, baselines, and progress reporting.

The ideal candidate has 15-20+ years in planning leadership within PMS/EPC or infrastructure, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or Planning preferred.
• 15-20+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
• Senior planning leadership experience within PMS, EPC, infrastructure, construction, or engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities across multiple projects.
• Develop and implement master schedules, project baselines, and progress tracking systems.
• Monitor milestones, critical paths, resource utilization, and budget performance.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and bottlenecks and develop corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders.
• Establish project controls, reporting standards, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Review progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
• Lead and mentor the planning and project controls team.
• Ensure alignment with objectives, contractual requirements, and delivery timelines.
