• Prepare L2/L3 schedule for project management.
• Coordinate review meetings and prepare monthly progress reports.
• Update the schedule in Primavera and manage project costs.

Job description

• Preparation of L2/ L3 schedule.

• Prepare Monthly Progress Report (MPR) for submission to Customer.

• Updating of schedule in primavera P3 and/or preparing L3/L4 schedule Primavera and/or in Excel and highlight critical issues to PM/PD.

• Setting agenda and coordinating review meetings with SCM / Engineering / Site.

• Prepare Presentations to Management including PPT to CE/IC-Head /MD.

• ISO audit coordination. Document management.

• Update status of objectives for MRM (Management Review Meeting).

• Coordination and Monitoring Engineering drawing release schedule as well as construction drawing release.

• Planning and Monitoring for PO placement, manufacturing and supply - coordination with SCM and PMG package owners.

• Weight schedule management - maintaining package wise weight records as per eAlps shipping list and Engg. weight schedule.

• Preparation of Annual Budget and monitoring & control of Budget for Cost, Invoicing and Collections of the project.

• Prepare estimate of planned v/s actual cost and the expected cost to complete (ECTC) for the cost review meeting.

• Keeping records for project learning and implementation of learnings of previous projects. Cost control initiatives and maintaining records.
