Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Engineer in Gurugram to lead end-to-end project planning and controls for large-scale commercial projects. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure execution aligns with scope, schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
The role requires 4–6 years in project management, strong leadership, and proficiency in MSP/Primavera and MIS reporting systems.
Job Description Summary This role is responsible for leading end-to-end project planning and controls, from baseline development through monitoring and close-out, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and statutory requirements.
Serve as the focal point for all civil engineering and construction activities, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project execution aligns with approved designs, quality standards, schedules, budgets, and statutory requirements. Lead the development of the project baseline, including scope breakdown, work sequencing, schedule preparation, cost planning, and resource loading—to establish a robust execution roadmap. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all design, procurement, and construction activities are accurately reflected in integrated project schedules and aligned with project objectives. Conduct regular Planning Review Meetings to track schedule performance, monitor critical paths, assess variances, and ensure timely incorporation of approved changes.
