Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG) invites an Engineer to join the Planning Team in our Foil Division for full-time production planning roles.

The role focuses on creating daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, ensuring material availability, and coordinating with internal teams to meet delivery goals. Ideal candidates will have 3–8 years in production planning or related fields, hands-on experience with SAP/ERP/QAD systems, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3 to 8 years in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Production Planning and Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Demand Forecasting.
• Experience with SAP / ERP / QAD Systems; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of MRP and ISO 9001:2015 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Generate and communicate Daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
• Ensure raw materials, components, and consumables are available as per the production plan.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet customer requirements while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers and provide the material and ensure the availability and delivery schedules.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on plan adherence, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Stores, Procurement, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth material flow and production execution.
• Track daily production output against the plan and identify gaps or delays.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders through effective production planning and coordination.
