Job summary

Exlearn Technologies Llp in Pune is seeking a placement executive responsible for building partnerships with IT companies, generating student placement leads, and coordinating interviews both online and offline.

You will maintain relationships with hiring partners, manage interview schedules, drive placement drives, and maintain placement databases for future use. The role requires 1–5 years in placement, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in placement.
• Strong communication and strong networking skills.
• IT Hiring and placement is preferred.
• Self-motivated, strong attitude and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with IT companies.
• Generate new leads for student placement.
• Maintain strong relationship with current & existing hiring partners.
• Conduct and schedule virtual/online and offline interviews.
• Sometimes visit companies to develop business and to create placement drives/opportunities.
• Maintain all the database related to the placement and interview for future purpose.
• Organize mock interviews and guide students in the interview preparation.

Working Hours:- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days:- Monday - Saturday

Immediate to 15days joiner preferred
