Job summary

Entri is seeking an Associate in Placements & Corporate Relations to help place candidates with top companies. You will engage with existing hiring partners and attract new ones to create more opportunities for learners.

The role involves coordinating with students to understand skills, arranging interviews, and negotiating placement terms. You will build relationships with partners, provide placement information, perform background checks, and share insights with the Academic team.

Qualifications

• Experience or passion for recruitment, corporate relations, and placements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in English and Telugu (verbal and written).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Result-oriented with a focus on metrics and ownership.
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new Hiring Partners through channels like LinkedIn and job sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with students to discover skills and preferences.
• Understand candidates’ skill levels and target suitable companies and roles.
• Provide information and documentation about placements to students.
• Conduct pre-placement background checks.
• Arrange interviews and negotiate terms of placements with providers.
• Generate awareness among students about career options.
• Foster relationships with Hiring Partners and negotiate placement terms.
• Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations via multiple channels.
• Streamline processes to generate and convert leads efficiently.
• Provide insights to Academic team about interviews and placements.

As an Associate in the Placements & Corporate Relations, your primary responsibility will be to assist in placing candidates in their dream companies. This involves engaging with existing hiring partners and attracting new ones to provide more opportunities for our learners.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and acquire new Hiring Partners through various channels like LinkedIn, Naukri & other Job sites
• Building and maintaining relationships with students to discover skills and preferences.
• Gain a deep understanding of different skill levels of candidates and target appropriate companies and job profiles
• Providing information and documentation about placements to students.
• Conducting pre-placement background checks.
• Arranging interviews and Negotiating terms of placements with providers.
• Generating awareness in the students regarding future career options available to them.
• Fostering relationships with existing Hiring Partners and negotiating with employers in terms of placements for students.
• Identify key decision-makers, and initiate conversations leveraging various channels phone, email, linkedin.
• Optimize processes to generate and convert leads more efficiently
• Provide valuable insights to the Academic team regarding candidates' interviews and placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidates who have experience or are passionate about recruitment, corporate relations, and career placements.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline (preferably in Management, HR, or related fields).
• Strong communication/conversational skills, both verbal and written (English and Telugu)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Result-oriented with a focus on metrics

• Intermediate MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
