Job summary

KIT Skill Hub - KAPIL GROUP, based in Hyderabad, seeks a Placement Executive Corporate Relations to build and manage corporate ties, generate placement and internship opportunities, and coordinate recruitment drives. This full‑time, on‑site role requires strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

You will visit companies, collaborate with HR teams, and maintain a robust corporate network while driving lead generation and employer engagement across Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• MBA in HR / Marketing / Business Development preferred.
• Experience in placement, corporate relations or business development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Visit companies and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition and recruitment teams.
• Identify and generate placement, internship and recruitment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Generate leads and explore corporate tie‑ups and recruitment drives.
• Collect job requirements and coordinate with companies for suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives and selection processes.
• Follow up with companies on interview status and future requirements.
• Support MoUs, corporate partnerships and employer engagement activities.
• Maintain an updated employer database and track interactions.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit companies and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, and recruitment teams.
• Identify and generate placement, internship, and recruitment opportunities for students.
• Develop and maintain strong corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Generate leads and explore opportunities for corporate tie‑ups and recruitment drives.
• Collect job requirements and coordinate with companies for suitable candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and selection processes.
• Follow up with companies regarding interview status, selections, and future requirements.
• Support MoUs, corporate partnerships, and employer engagement activities.
• Maintain an updated company/employer database and track interactions.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.
• Represent KIT Skill Hub professionally during corporate visits, meetings, and events.
