Job summary

IMI Delhi invites applications for a Relationship Manager overseeing recruiter engagement for the Delhi campus and supporting cross-location outreach. You will drive recruiter retention, coordinate placements, and align student profiles with recruiter needs.

You will build strong relationships with recruiters, manage multiple stakeholders, and track engagement metrics to report to campus and analytics heads. This role requires excellent communication and strategic coordination across campuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiter engagement, corporate relations, or business development.
• Proficient CRM usage and target tracking.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with placement systems and student-recruiter alignment processes.
• Ability to multitask across campuses and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
