Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or training development (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or database tools.
• Passion about guiding and helping students/job seekers achieve career success.
