• Experience in studying and interpreting piping drawings and in preparing As-Built drawings for small bore.
• Sound knowledge of welding techniques used in pipe welding.
• Familiarity with piping attachments, fixtures and various types of supports.
• Ability to think creatively under demanding situations.
• Commitment to workplace safety with zero tolerance to violations.
• Knowledge of basic quality checks during execution and process awareness.
• Good communication and negotiation skills to manage workforce effectively.

• Must have a thorough domain knowledge of process piping

• Should have well expertise in studying and interpreting Piping drawings and also must have ability to prepare As-Built drawings for small bore
• Must have sound knowledge of welding techniques prevalent in pipe welding
• Should be well versed with various attachments and fixtures of piping along with various types of supports
• Must be able to think differently when encountered with demanding situations
• Should be completely dedicated towards safety in his workplace adhering by Zero tolerance
• Should be aware of the basic quality checks to be conducted during executing the job keeping the process awareness in place
• Must have good communication and negotiation skills to help get the best out of the workforce as per requirement
