Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is seeking a piping design specialist to develop and maintain 3D piping models using AVEVA E3D based on P&IDs and project requirements.

You will perform piping layout and routing for process and utility systems, prepare GA drawings, isometrics, and MTO/BOM, and coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation teams to resolve interfaces.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in AVEVA E3D / Everything3D for 3D piping models.
• Strong knowledge of piping design and 3D modelling.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery / Offshore projects.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, piping layouts and equipment layouts.
• Familiar with piping routing, piping components, valves, fittings and supports.
• Good coordination and communication with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D piping models using AVEVA E3D based on P&IDs and specs.
• Perform piping layout and pipe routing for process and utility systems.
• Prepare GA drawings, Isometrics, MTO/BOM and related deliverables.
• Model equipment, piping components, valves, fittings, and supports in AVEVA E3D.
• Review and incorporate P&IDs, equipment layouts, line lists and piping specifications into the 3D model.
• Perform model reviews and clash detection; resolve design issues.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines.
• Participate in 3D model reviews with engineering and client teams.
• Support preparation of MTOs, materials take-offs and fabrication deliverables.
• Work with teams to meet schedules and quality requirements.

• Perform piping layout and pipe routing for process and utility systems.
• Prepare and review Piping General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Isometrics, MTO/BOM and related deliverables.
• Model equipment, piping components, valves, fittings, and supports in AVEVA E3D.
• Ensure proper access, operation, maintenance and safety clearances in piping layouts.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines to resolve design interfaces.
• Review and incorporate P&IDs, equipment layouts, line lists and piping specifications into the 3D model.
• Perform model reviews and clash detection and resolve design issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable project standards, specifications, codes and client requirements.
• Participate in 3D model reviews with engineering and client teams.
• Support the preparation of MTOs, material take-offs and fabrication-related deliverables.
• Work effectively with engineering and design teams to meet project schedules and quality requirements.
