About the Role:

Flywyzz is inviting passionate and qualified Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Holders to join as Pilot Training Faculty. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality ground training to aspiring pilots, helping them build a strong theoretical and practical foundation for their aviation careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and detailed ground classes for CPL, ATPL, and RTR subjects (Air Regulation, Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Technical – General & Specific, Radio Aids).
• Prepare students for DGCA examinations through structured lesson plans and mock tests.
• Clarify complex aviation concepts with real-world examples and flight experiences.
• Assist students with exam registration, document preparation, and career guidance.
• Ensure curriculum delivery in line with DGCA regulations and Flywyzz academic standards.
• Stay updated with latest aviation regulations, syllabus changes, and technological advancements.
• Provide personalized mentoring and academic support to help students succeed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• CPL (Commercial Pilot License) holder.
• Strong knowledge of DGCA examination subjects and procedures.
• Previous experience in aviation teaching/training is an advantage, but fresh CPL holders with a passion for teaching are also encouraged.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Highly motivated to guide and support the next generation of pilots.
