Job summary

ZypHeal is a premium home healthcare platform delivering virtual doctor consultations, home nursing, physiotherapy, phlebotomy and diagnostics, medicine delivery, vaccination, nutrition counselling, and mental health support directly at the customer's home.

This is a full-time, salaried Physiotherapist role with structured shift planning, geo-fenced home visits, and a performance-based incentive in addition to fixed pay.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of hands-on clinical work experience (hospital, home care, or clinic setting).
• BPT / MPT from a recognized institution.
• Valid state professional council registration and license to practice, in good standing.
• Comfortable working independently at a patient's home without on-site physician supervision, while coordinating with a virtual doctor as needed.
• Willingness to travel within an assigned geo-fenced zone for scheduled home visits.
• Basic digital literacy - comfortable using a smartphone app for visit schedules, documentation and reporting.

ZypHeal is a premium home healthcare platform for affluent urban India, delivering virtual doctor consultations, home nursing, physiotherapy, phlebotomy and diagnostics, medicine delivery, vaccination, nutrition counselling, and mental health support directly at the customer's home. Unlike gig-marketplace models, ZypHeal's clinical staff are salaried, full-time employees of the company - not independent contractors booked through a marketplace. What we're looking for
