• Experience in assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, pain management and rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, and post-surgical conditions.
• Experience in home-care and geriatric settings, including use and training on mobility aids and assistive equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatment plans, counsel patients and families, and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior physiotherapists or support staff with focus on clinical quality and patient safety.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical notes and treatment records, with basic digital tools or EMR systems.

Role Description

Healthy Jeena Sikho has a dedicated physiotherapy Center in Sector 71 Mohali with over 10-Doctors and top-notch modalities like Laser, Shockwave, TEKAR, Decompression, besides the routine cupping, wax, IASTM, Tens, IFT. We do over 1000 sessions and have 7-odd therapy tables and large customer lounge.

We are looking forward to young talented qualified BPT/MPT with Passion for patient recovery. We have a modern setup and continue to add latest modalities for patient comfort and faster recovery. The job would be for the Physio Center based in Sector 71 Mohali.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution, with valid professional registration where applicable.
• Clinical expertise: Strong skills in assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, pain management, and rehabilitation for orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, and post-surgical conditions.
• Home-care and geriatric experience: Experience working with older adults, chronic conditions, and home-based care settings, including safe use and training on mobility aids and assistive equipment.
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to explain treatment plans clearly, counsel patients and families, build trust, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Leadership and mentoring: Experience supervising or guiding junior physiotherapists or support staff, with a focus on clinical quality and patient safety.
• Administrative and documentation skills: Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical notes, treatment records, and basic digital tools or EMR systems.
• Professional attributes: Strong ethical standards, empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work

CTC Range from 3 Lac to 5 Lac depending on overall experience and qualification
