Kinetic Age is seeking a Homecare Physiotherapist to deliver individualized sessions at clients' homes across Bengaluru. The role focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence for seniors, with regular travel within the city.

The ideal candidate holds a BPT, with 0–3 years of clinical experience in homecare or geriatric rehab, and possesses strong assessment and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position requiring travel to clients' residences.

Expert trainers design tailored fitness programs that support independence, reduce injury risk, and promote healthy aging. Services include personal training for adults 55+, mobility and flexibility training, and strength and balance programs. The team also provides prehab and rehab support alongside customized nutrition plans to address individual needs. Role Description The Homecare Physiotherapist will provide individualized physiotherapy sessions to senior clients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, balance and functional independence. Daily tasks include assessing physical capabilities, developing and updating treatment plans, guiding clients through prescribed exercises, and monitoring progress. The role also involves educating clients and caregivers on safe movement, fall prevention, and lifestyle modifications, as well as coordinating with trainers and other healthcare professionals as needed. Documentation of sessions, outcomes, and any changes in client status is expected in a timely and accurate manner. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular travel to clients' residences within the city.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Physiotherapy (BPT required; MPT in Geriatrics, Orthopedics, or related specialty is an advantage).
• 0-3 years of clinical experience, preferably working with older adults or in homecare, rehabilitation, or musculoskeletal practice.
• Strong assessment and treatment skills in mobility training, strength and balance programs, and injury prevention.
• Ability to design and adapt individualized exercise and rehab plans aligned with client goals and safety considerations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with seniors, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfort with educating clients and caregivers on home exercise programs, posture, ergonomics, and fall-risk reduction.
• Good documentation and organizational abilities, including maintaining accurate records and schedules.
• High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism in clients' homes; commitment to respectful, non-discriminatory care.
• Willingness to travel locally across Bengaluru for home visits; ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Basic proficiency with mobile or digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication is beneficial.
