Job summary

Avanti Fellows is seeking a dedicated educator to design and deliver training programs for JEE/NEET educators and to strengthen academic delivery through data-driven coaching.

The role emphasizes building teacher capacity, delivering workshops and model sessions, and scaling effective teaching practices within Tamil Nadu's educational landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop teachers through coaching and mentorship.
• Conduct classroom observations (online and offline) to assess instructional quality.
• Provide structured coaching and actionable feedback with follow-up cycles.
• Identify and scale effective teaching practices across teacher cohorts.
• Provide subject expertise for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, or Zoology in model classes.
• Develop training materials, teacher handbooks, and academic resources.
• Use data to improve teaching by tracking performance and participation.
• Maintain records of observations and professional development activities.

Job description

This role is highly focused on academic excellence and teacher development. You will:

• Design and facilitate teacher training programs for JEE/NEET educators.


• Conduct subject-specific workshops, bootcamps, refresher sessions, and
