Role & responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and concept-based Physics lessons for CBSE Classes XI & XII.
• Prepare students for NEET, JEE Main, and JEE Advanced examinations.
• Develop integrated lesson plans combining CBSE curriculum with competitive exam preparation.
• Simplify complex Physics concepts through practical examples, demonstrations, and problem-solving techniques.
• Conduct regular classroom assessments, unit tests, mock tests, and full-length examinations.
• Prepare Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), assignments, worksheets, and question banks.
• Analyze student performance and provide personalized mentoring and remedial support.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
• Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and effective study techniques.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty members to enhance teaching quality.
