Job summary

Black and White Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking an AR Calling - Physician Billing professional with 15 years of experience in AR/billing to handle US healthcare physician billing and AR functions.

The role requires strong knowledge of payer processes, denial management, and productive collaboration with internal teams. Location is Chennai with US night shift; immediate joiners preferred and virtual interview mode.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of US Healthcare RCM / Physician Billing.
• Experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
• Basic understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, PPO, HMO, and Commercial Insurance.
• Ability to understand EOBs and ERAs.
• Good English communication and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle US healthcare physician billing and accounts receivable (AR).
• Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid and pending claims.
