Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Physical Security Systems Analyst to support and enhance security infrastructure across client sites. The role focuses on troubleshooting, systems installation, and ongoing administration to ensure robust protection and reliable access control.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of enterprise security systems experience, with hands-on Genetec Omnicast/Synergis and Lenel OnGuard proficiency, plus Windows/SQL Server skills. Bangalore-based, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years enterprise physical security systems support.
• 3+ years Genetec Omnicast/Synergis support.
• 3+ years Lenel OnGuard support.

Responsibilities

• Support existing physical security systems at client sites.
• Interface with internal clients for troubleshooting and with peer teams for resolution.
• Support installation of new sites and upgrades of existing sites.
• Contribute to architecture, design, and implementation of future physical security systems.

As a Physical Security Systems Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting existing physical security systems as well as client sites using them
• Interfacing with internal clients for troubleshooting issues and with peer teams for issue resolution
• Supporting the installation of new sites (greenfield projects), as well as the upgrade of existing sites (brownfield projects).
• Contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of future physical security systems

Your Skills and Expertise
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5+ years physical security systems support in an enterprise environment

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 3+ years of Genetec Omnicast/Synergis support
• 3+ years of Lenel OnGuard support
• 3+ years of Windows/SQL server infrastructure support

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7+ years of physical security systems administration in an enterprise environment
• 5+ years of Genetec Omnicast/Synergis administration
• 5+ years of Lenel OnGuard administration
• Skills include excellent written and verbal communication, ability to support users across multiple locations (and time zones)

Work location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Travel: No travel anticipated
